J.D. Considine has been writing about music since 1977. His work has been published in numerous magazines and newspapers, including Rolling Stone, Musician, Entertainment Weekly, Vibe, Guitar World, DownBeat, The Washington Post, the Baltimore Sun and The Globe and Mail. He has also contributed to several books, including three editions of the Rolling Stone Record/Album Guide. He lives in Toronto.
