Snow is in the forecast for Seattle this weekend, but winter has already arrived at MoPOP, where artifacts from the hit HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones have been newly installed in the museum's Fantasy: Worlds of Myth and Magic exhibition.
So, what's on display behind the Wall—err, case? To start, there's the White Walker mask from the very first Game of Thrones episode, "Winter is Coming" (2011), which marked the debut of the show's supernatural threat.
There's also the dragonglass machete from the Game of Thrones episode "The Long Night" (2019), plus a White Walker sword, dragonglass arrows and quiver, and dragonglass knife from the series.
Now that MoPOP has reopened its doors, you can be among the first to see these artifacts in person. As you plan your visit and make your way to our fantasy wing, let us know if the White Walker's eyes start to give off an electric blue glow. If so, we might need to stash this mask north of the Wall.
