Join us for a captivating 3-day film celebration in partnership with the Consulate General of India, Seattle. Each day, MOPOP will screen a film selected by the Consulate, exploring themes of love, language, and family through the vibrant lens of Indian culture. Don’t miss this cultural cinematic journey! Tickets are currently available for MOPOP members.
The festivities kick off on Friday, March 21, and include:
12:00 PM I Sky Church: A lively reception featuring delicious bites and sweet sips.
12:30 PM I Sky Church: The program begins with special guests City of Seattle Arts Commissioner Linda Lowry, City leaderships, Consul General of India Shri Prakash Gupta, and MOPOP CEO Michele Y. Smith and ends with an exciting Bollywood dance performance by Live2Dance Group.
1:00 PM I Sound + Vision Theater: Guests will enjoy one screening per day. The featured films include English Vinglish, Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara, and Raksha Bandhan.
